এই তথ্য দিয়ে আমরা বুঝি কোন কোর্স মানুষ বেশি দেখছে, কোথায় গিয়ে সমস্যায় পড়ছে — যাতে সাইট আরও সহজ করা যায়। এখানে আপনার নাম, ফোন বা ইমেইল রাখা হয় না।

৩. তথ্য কোথায় সংরক্ষিত হয়

আপনার তথ্য Supabase (supabase.com) ক্লাউড সার্ভারে নিরাপদে সংরক্ষিত হয়। Supabase একটি নিরাপদ ও GDPR-সম্মত ডেটাবেজ প্ল্যাটফর্ম।

আমরা আপনার তথ্য কোনো তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি বা ভাড়া দিই না। নিচের ক্ষেত্রগুলো ছাড়া কারো সাথে শেয়ারও করি না।

📣 Meta (ফেসবুক) পিক্সেল

আমাদের বিজ্ঞাপন কাজ করছে কিনা বোঝার জন্য সাইটে Meta Pixel ব্যবহার করা হয়। এর মাধ্যমে ফেসবুক জানতে পারে — কেউ কোর্সের পাতা দেখেছে বা ভর্তির আবেদন করেছে, এবং কোন বিজ্ঞাপন থেকে এসেছে।

পিক্সেলের মাধ্যমে আপনার নাম বা পরীক্ষার ফলাফল যায় না
শুধু কোন ঘটনা ঘটল (পাতা দেখা / আবেদন করা) আর কোর্সের দাম যায়
ফেসবুক এই তথ্য তাদের নিজস্ব গোপনীয়তা নীতি অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করে
ব্রাউজারে বিজ্ঞাপন-ব্লকার বা "Do Not Track" চালু থাকলে এটি বন্ধ থাকে

👥 বিজ্ঞাপনের অডিয়েন্স তৈরি (Meta Custom Audience)

নতুন শিক্ষার্থীর কাছে বিজ্ঞাপন পৌঁছাতে আমরা Meta-র Custom Audience সুবিধা ব্যবহার করি। এর জন্য আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের ফোন নম্বর ও ইমেইল ঠিকানা Meta-তে আপলোড করা হতে পারে — উদ্দেশ্য দুটি: (ক) যাঁরা ইতিমধ্যে কোর্সে ভর্তি হয়েছেন তাঁদের অপ্রয়োজনীয় বিজ্ঞাপন না দেখানো, আর (খ) আমাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের সাথে মিল আছে এমন নতুন লোক খুঁজে বের করা (Lookalike Audience)।

ফোন/ইমেইল আপলোডের আগে এনক্রিপ্ট (হ্যাশ) করা হয় — Meta মূল নম্বর বা ঠিকানা পড়তে পারে না, শুধু মিলিয়ে দেখতে পারে
মিলিয়ে দেখার পর Meta এই তথ্য মুছে ফেলে, নিজেদের কাজে রাখে না
আপনার নাম, ঠিকানা, প্রতিষ্ঠান, পরীক্ষার ফলাফল বা পেমেন্টের তথ্য কখনোই যায় না
এই তথ্য কেবল বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য — কারো কাছে বিক্রি বা হস্তান্তর করা হয় না
আপনি না চাইলে বাদ থাকতে পারেন — নিচের ঠিকানায় জানালে আমরা আপনার তথ্য এই তালিকা থেকে সরিয়ে দেব

৪. তথ্য কতদিন রাখা হয়

আপনার তথ্য যতদিন আপনি জ্ঞানাঙ্গন ব্যবহার করবেন ততদিন সংরক্ষিত থাকবে। অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করলে আমরা ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার তথ্য মুছে দেব।

৫. শিশুদের গোপনীয়তা

জ্ঞানাঙ্গন মূলত প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য। ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী কারো তথ্য আমরা জেনেশুনে সংগ্রহ করি না।

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Gyanangon (gyanangon.com), operated by NUSAF Ltd, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our exam platform.

1. Information We Collect

Correct, wrong, and skipped answer counts

Which link or advertisement brought you to the site
Device type (mobile or desktop)
A random session identifier (not tied to your identity; cleared when you close the browser)

We use this to understand which courses draw interest and where visitors get stuck. No name, phone number, or email is stored with this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored on Supabase (supabase.com), a GDPR-compliant cloud database platform. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising works. It lets Facebook know when someone views a course page or submits an enrolment request, and which ad they came from.

The pixel never sends your name or exam results
Only the event that occurred and the course price are shared
Facebook processes this under its own Privacy Policy
Ad blockers and "Do Not Track" settings prevent it from loading

Advertising Audiences (Meta Custom Audience)

To reach prospective students, we use Meta's Custom Audience feature. For this, our students' phone numbers and email addresses may be uploaded to Meta, for two purposes: (a) to exclude already-enrolled students from seeing unnecessary ads, and (b) to find new people similar to our students (Lookalike Audience).

Phone numbers and emails are hashed (encrypted) before upload — Meta cannot read the original values, only match them
After matching, Meta deletes this data and does not retain it
Your name, address, institution, exam results, and payment details are never sent
This data is used for advertising only — never sold or transferred to anyone
You may opt out — contact us at the address below and we will remove your details from these lists

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as you use Gyanangon. Upon request for account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Gyanangon is intended for adult learners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.
