অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ

এই পাতা জ্ঞানাঙ্গন অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপ (Google Play-তে ডেভেলপার NUSAF) ও ওয়েবসাইট gyanangon.com — দুটোর জন্যই। দুই জায়গায় একই অ্যাকাউন্ট, তাই একবার অনুরোধ করলেই দুটো থেকে মুছে যায়।
১. কীভাবে অনুরোধ করবেন
📱 অ্যাপ থেকে
- অ্যাপের ডান দিকের মেনু থেকে আপনার নাম চাপুন — প্রোফাইল খুলবে।
- নিচের "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ" চাপুন।
- "ইমেইল লিখুন" চাপলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যসহ একটা ইমেইল তৈরি হবে — শুধু পাঠিয়ে দিন।
✉️ অ্যাপ ছাড়া
- যে Google অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে জ্ঞানাঙ্গনে লগইন করেন, সেই ইমেইল থেকেই admin@gyanangon.com-এ ইমেইল করুন।
- বিষয়ে লিখুন "Account deletion request"; ভেতরে আপনার নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর দিন।
অন্য কেউ যেন আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছতে না পারে, তাই অনুরোধ অ্যাকাউন্টের নিজের ইমেইল থেকেই আসতে হয়। অন্য ঠিকানা থেকে এলে আমরা আগে অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইলে নিশ্চিত হয়ে নেব।
২. এরপর কী হয়
- অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পর ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও নিচের তথ্য মুছে ফেলা হয়।
- মোছা শেষ হলে আপনার ইমেইলে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়।
- মোছার পর আর ফেরানো যায় না। পরে আবার লগইন করলে একদম নতুন অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলবে — আগের কোর্স, ফল বা পোস্ট আর থাকবে না।
৩. কী কী মুছে যায়
- লগইন অ্যাকাউন্ট (Google ইমেইল দিয়ে খোলা জ্ঞানাঙ্গন অ্যাকাউন্ট)
- প্রোফাইল — নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, প্রতিষ্ঠান, থানা, জেলা, প্রোফাইল ছবি
- পরীক্ষার উত্তর, নম্বর ও ফল; মেধাতালিকা থেকে আপনার নাম
- লিখিত পরীক্ষায় জমা দেওয়া খাতার ছবি
- অনুশীলনের ইতিহাস ও সেভ করা প্রশ্ন
- স্টাডিগ্রুপে আপনার পোস্ট ও মন্তব্য
- নোটিফিকেশন পাঠানোর ডিভাইস-টোকেন
- বই-অর্ডারের ঠিকানা ও ফোন নম্বর
৪. কী কিছু সময় রাখা হয়
- পেমেন্টের হিসাব — কোর্স-ভর্তি ও বই-অর্ডারের টাকার অঙ্ক, তারিখ ও যে নম্বর থেকে টাকা পাঠানো হয়েছে। হিসাব মেলানো ও প্রতারণা ঠেকানোর জন্য এগুলো সর্বোচ্চ ১ বছর রাখা হয়, তারপর মুছে ফেলা হয়। এই সময়ে এগুলো আর কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার হয় না।
৫. অ্যাকাউন্ট না মুছে কিছু তথ্য মুছতে চাইলে
প্রোফাইলের তথ্য অ্যাপের প্রোফাইল → তথ্য সম্পাদনা করুন থেকে নিজেই বদলাতে পারেন। নির্দিষ্ট কোনো তথ্য (যেমন স্টাডিগ্রুপের একটা পোস্ট বা খাতার ছবি) মুছতে চাইলে admin@gyanangon.com-এ লিখুন — অ্যাকাউন্ট রেখেই ৩০ দিনের মধ্যে মুছে দেওয়া হবে।

Request account deletion

This page applies to the Gyanangon Android app (developer NUSAF on Google Play) and the website gyanangon.com. Both use the same account, so one request removes it from both.
1. How to request deletion
From the app
- Open the menu on the right and tap your name to open Profile.
- Tap "অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ" (Request account deletion) at the bottom.
- Tap "ইমেইল লিখুন" (Write email) — an email with your account details is prepared; just send it.
Without the app
- From the same Google email you sign in with, write to admin@gyanangon.com.
- Use the subject "Account deletion request" and include your name and mobile number.
To stop anyone else from deleting your account, the request must come from the account's own email. If it comes from another address, we first confirm with the account's email.
2. What happens next
- Your account and the data below are deleted within 30 days of the request.
- We email you when the deletion is complete.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Signing in again later creates a brand-new account without your old courses, results or posts.
3. Data that is deleted
- Your sign-in account (the Gyanangon account created with your Google email)
- Profile — name, mobile number, institution, thana, district, profile photo
- Exam answers, marks and results; your name on merit lists
- Answer-sheet photos submitted for written exams
- Practice history and saved questions
- Your study-group posts and comments
- Device tokens used to send notifications
- Delivery address and phone number from book orders
4. Data kept for a limited time
- Payment records — amount, date and the sending number for course enrolments and book orders. These are kept for up to 1 year for accounting and fraud prevention, then deleted. They are not used for anything else during that time.
5. Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can change your profile yourself in the app under Profile → তথ্য সম্পাদনা করুন (Edit info). To remove specific data (for example a study-group post or an answer-sheet photo), write to admin@gyanangon.com — it is removed within 30 days and your account stays.
