১. অ্যাকাউন্ট ও প্রবেশাধিকার

• শুধুমাত্র নিবন্ধিত শিক্ষার্থীরা পরীক্ষায় অংশ নিতে পারবেন।
• ব্যাচ পাসওয়ার্ড অন্য কারো সাথে শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
• একই সময়ে একাধিক ডিভাইসে লগইন করা যাবে না।
• অন্যের তথ্য ব্যবহার করে প্রবেশ করা নিষিদ্ধ।

২. পরীক্ষার নিয়মাবলী

• পরীক্ষা চলাকালীন অন্য ট্যাব বা অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করা অসদাচরণ হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
• একবার উত্তর Submit করার পর পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।
• পরীক্ষার প্রশ্নপত্র কপি, স্ক্রিনশট বা শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
• নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পরীক্ষা সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।
• ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন হলে চলমান পরীক্ষা আংশিকভাবে সংরক্ষিত থাকতে পারে।

৩. বিষয়বস্তুর স্বত্ব

• জ্ঞানাঙ্গনের সকল প্রশ্নপত্র, লেকচার শিট ও কন্টেন্ট NUSAF Ltd-এর সম্পত্তি।
• কোনো কন্টেন্ট বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বিতরণ করা নিষিদ্ধ।
• শিক্ষার্থীরা শুধুমাত্র ব্যক্তিগত পড়াশোনার জন্য কন্টেন্ট ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন।

৪. পেমেন্ট নীতি

• কোর্স বা ব্যাচ ফি একবার পরিশোধ করলে সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• কারিগরি ত্রুটির কারণে সেবা প্রদানে ব্যর্থ হলে ফি ফেরত বিবেচনা করা হবে।
• পেমেন্ট সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যায় ইমেইলে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৫. কর্তৃপক্ষের অধিকার

• যেকোনো সময় পরীক্ষার রুটিন, কারিকুলাম বা ফিচার পরিবর্তনের অধিকার কর্তৃপক্ষের রয়েছে।
• নিয়ম লঙ্ঘনকারী যেকোনো অ্যাকাউন্ট সতর্কতা ছাড়াই বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
• প্রশ্নে ভুল থাকলে সাধারণত ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সংশোধন করা হয়।

৬. দায়মুক্তি

• ইন্টারনেট সমস্যা, বিদ্যুৎ বিভ্রাট বা ডিভাইস ত্রুটির কারণে পরীক্ষার ক্ষতির জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নয়।
• তৃতীয় পক্ষের সার্ভার (Supabase, Cloudflare) সমস্যার কারণে সাময়িক বিঘ্নের জন্য কর্তৃপক্ষ দায়ী নয়।

• Answers cannot be changed after submission.
• Copying, screenshotting, or sharing exam questions is strictly prohibited.
• Exams must be completed within the allocated time.
• In case of internet disconnection, partial exam progress may be saved.

3. Intellectual Property

• All question papers, lecture sheets, and content are the property of NUSAF Ltd.
• Commercial use, republication, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
• Students may use content only for personal study purposes.

4. Payment Policy

• Course or batch fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
• Refunds may be considered in cases of technical failure to deliver the service.

5. Authority's Rights

• We reserve the right to modify exam schedules, curriculum, or features at any time.
• Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

• We are not liable for exam disruptions caused by internet issues, power outages, or device failures.
• We are not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party servers (Supabase, Cloudflare).
